At Micro South Africa, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or credit note of the purchase price.

Returning an Item
• Please repackage the item carefully, including exterior protection, to avoid damage during transit.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is in saleable condition, meaning it must be:
• Unused and in its original condition with all original packaging intact.
• Returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any redelivery fees.
• Initial shipping fees and credit card charges are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so please use a tracked service.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Micro Scooters prides itself on the highest quality standards. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, including the original delivery charge if applicable.
